Service & Therapy Animals: Creating Awareness

Client: Healthcare Facility who just recently had Service & Therapy Animals added to office environment.

Problem: A home healthcare facility recently had a few patients with a service dog and therapy animals. The organization wanted a course that their employees would be able to go through to see the difference between Service, Therapy, and Emotional Support Animals.

Solution/Background: This 9 lesson course was designed and created without templates to create awareness about the rules and different types of service dogs, therapy animals, and emotional support animals (ESAs).

This is a sample project that I designed to showcase my skills.

Microlearning: Office Communication 101

Client: Human Resources Department in a Corporate Office

Audience: Employees in an Office

Problem: Employees typically send multiple messages with a greeting, what they actually want to say, and an ending through Microsoft Teams or Slack. This ends up taking more time for the recipient as they need to wait to find out what exactly is needed or wanted.

Solution/Background: This microlearning was designed and created without templates to provide training on the correct way to communicate with coworkers through Microsoft Teams, Slack, or any other instant messenger program.
