Client: Career coach
Problem: A career coach wanted a simulation teaching their staff members and clients the best practices with searching for and applying to a job with LinkedIn.
Solution/Background: This interactive simulation was designed and created without templates to highlight the best practices with searching and applying to jobs with LinkedIn.
This was made to be a part of a larger course. This simulation was made to showcase my skills.

Soft Skills in the Workplace
Audience: Employees in a Sales Office
Background: This interactive and gamification course was designed and created without templates to provide training to sales people. Topics range from active vs passive voice to soft vs hard skills within the workplace.
This gamified section would be part of a larger Sales course.

Client: Family-owned Home Healthcare company - Home Healthcare Nurses
Problem: A family-owned Home Healthcare company is a small company who needs effective eLearning courses. While they have some video training courses, they are not effective and do not meet federal regulations and compliance.
Solution/Background: I completed a needs analysis with the Director of Nursing to find the learning gaps, company’s end goal, guidelines, and learning outcomes/objectives desired, I was able to quickly map out an idea of a self-guided, interactive course that would fit their needs. This project is still ongoing and has just entered the development stage of the process.
