Hobby Video

Client: Homeschool Lego League Team - the Robo Raptors

Audience: Judges at the Lego League Competition - Local, Semi-State, and State Level

Problem: Robo Raptors Lego League team’s project for 2023 was asked: how can you use technology and the arts to help engage others or increase participation in what you love to do?

They needed to work with an expert in their chosen field.

Solution/Background: As the ID expert, we decided to create a video showcasing the different hobbies the team had. The script was written by the Robo Raptors’ members. Melody provided the English (UK) accent. Play.ht AI Voice Over program was used for the rest of the voice over work.

This is a sample project that I designed to help with moving into an Instructional Designer/eLearning role.

Tools: Vyond, Recorded Voice Over, Play.ht (AI Voice Over)

Skills: Instructional Design, eLearning, Interactive Scenarios, Scriptwriting, Voice Over

Office Communication 101

Client: Human Resources Department in a Corporate Office

Audience: Employees in an Office

Problem: Employees typically send multiple messages with a greeting, what they actually want to say, and an ending through Microsoft Teams or Slack. This ends up taking more time for the recipient as they need to wait to find out what exactly is needed or wanted.

Solution/Background: This video was designed and created without templates to provide training on the correct way to communicate with coworkers through Microsoft Teams, Slack, or any other instant messenger program.

This is a sample project that I designed to help with moving into an Instructional Designer/eLearning role.

Tools: PowerPoint, Voice Over
